I just got this warning when synchronized my model. 

After a lot of troubleshooting it feels I am not able to solve. 

Any thoughts how to solve it?

Please attach the log file to the post.
You can access the log files via the Help menu -> Error Log.

Additionally, please check this thread; it may assist you with your issue.
