Can you please tell me what to do if I add the FX constraints for the CAP_BND attribute of the transmission process and it is shown in the items detail, but the capacity is not reached after running?
Also, I would like to ask if the capacity constraints, investment cost, maintenance cost, etc. for the transmission process need to be defined in both REG1 and REG2 at the same time? I noticed that in EU_TIMES it is defined in both regions at the same time.
