Day/night storage, How to charge only in specific timeslice?

See the Documentation, Part II, section 4.3.3 Day/Night storage (PRC_NSTTS). I'm sure it's supported by ANSWER.
Charging/discharging flows can be bound to zero in individual timeslices also by STGIN_BND and STGOUT_BND.
