Change discount rate over time - UCL_Will - 02-02-2011 Is there any intention to implement a discount rate within TIMES that could change over time?  Would this be extremely difficult to do? That was supported already in the original design of TIMES, although certain small problems in the original handling of such time-dependent discount rates were discovered some five years ago, and were fixed. But I must admit that I haven't used this feature myself in any "production runs".  Are you seeing some problems arising when using time-dependent discount rates?
